Naturopathic Doctor

Michelle completed a 4 year Naturopathic doctorate at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and a year of clinical training at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic and Parkdale Community Health Centre in Toronto, Ontario. Prior to CCNM she completed a Master’s of Science degree in Kinesiology (specializing in Neuroscience) from the University of Waterloo.

As a Naturopathic Doctor, Michelle works with her patients to help build a foundation of health and wellbeing by utilizing natural treatment methods including diet and lifestyle modifications, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), acupuncture, and botanical medicine. Her goal is to understand and treat the underlying cause of a patient’s concern – aligning with the principles of Naturopathic Medicine. Michelle focuses on disease prevention so that her patients can live a long vigorous life. Naturopathic Medicine can provide your primary health care needs or complement your treatments from family physicians or other health care providers.

Michelle also has additional training in prolotherapy, a non-surgical therapy that can restore joint function through the reconstruction of tendons and ligaments.
